Wu Style Tai Chi: Moving through the series of movements with fluid motion and mindful presence, Tai Chi builds balance and relaxation whilst combating stress and tension. Tai Chi is renown for helping reduce blood pressure and hypertension, as well as nurturing a greater sense of well-being through the gentle flow of the form.
When practiced regularly for health, fitness and wellbeing the slow low-impact movements of Tai Chi will:-
